II.Quality Management System

The Quality Management Department is directly under leadership of general manager. The quality inspection area covers 372 square meters and owns chemical measurement room, standard solution room, weighing room, precision instrument room, traditional Chinese medicine identification room, reserved sample room, bacteria inspection preparation room, bacteria inspection room, drying room, and quality inspection office with distinct functional room and matching of its acreage, production scale, and varieties. The Quality Management Department is equipped with advanced testing instruments and equipment: one 1200 HPLC made by American Agilent, 2 Shimadzu HPLC, 1 Shimadzu UV spectrophotometers, 1 GC, and 1 TLC scanner which can completely meet the demands of inspection of production. At the same time, the company has established and improved its quality assurance system and quality management system in accordance with GMP requirements to control the whole process of formation of product quality, to ensure the effective exercise of function of quality assurance and quality inspection, and to ensure the stability of product quality.
